PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 19, 2011 – Earthcore SIPs has recently signed a lease with Lafayette Land Company to occupy 3,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of warehouse facility and 2 acres of yard located at 1005 S. 120th Street in Lafayette, Co.
Earthcore SIPs is a structural insulated panel company that specializes in the manufacturing of polyurethane panels. Established in 2009, Earthcore’s rapid growth has necessitated the expansion into the facility, increasing production capacity by over tenfold. The spacious office will allow Earthcore to continue to add key personnel while expanding its reach into the building materials market, providing a base for future operations at other locations. The six-year lease will ensure that Earthcore will be an economic fixture in the Lafayette community, setting the trend for the new green economy.
Over the next six years Earthcore plans to make significant improvements to the property, creating a state of the art green facility. Plans include upgrades to the lighting systems, building envelope and implementation of a variety of renewable energy sources.
