Wayne’s passion for polyurethane and its variety of uses is reflected in his doctoral thesis entitled Processing and Property Development in Polyurea Reaction Injection Molding which was accepted by the University of Minnesota in 1990. Using his vast knowledge of polyurethanes Wayne worked with several companies to develop a variety of processes, many of them unique. Through the years, Wayne’s work has resulted in 13 patents.

Furthermore, Wayne has applied his considerable skills and business savvy to the business world by turning companies with languishing sales into profitable and growing operations. As president of a Louisville, Colorado corporation he turned a company with 2½ years of losses into profitability within one year.
