History
Earthcore SIPs was founded in the fall of 2009 with the vision to become the leading innovator and provider of structural insulated panels made in the United States of America. Creating it’s own standards and specifications, Earthcore SIPs moved from third party contract manufacturing to in house manufacturing, becoming the first structural insulated panel manufacturer in Boulder County, Colorado.
During 2010 the company developed several innovative products and manufacturing processes that currently allow Earthcore SIPs to provide high quality polyurethane panels at prices previously unavailable. Many of these innovations have been submitted for patents. With a unique approach to marketing and a meticulous attention to detail, sales increased to the point that Earthcore SIPs found it necessary to move into a 36,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Lafayette, CO.
